If you request the Revenue Engine Scorecard or contact me, I collect the information you submit: your email address and, optionally, your company name and a description of your revenue challenge. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and scheduling details under its own privacy policy. This site does not use advertising cookies.
To send you the material you requested, respond to your enquiry, and — only where you have contacted me about my services — follow up about how I can help. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io) and delivered to my email. Scheduling is handled by Calendly. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and appropriate safeguards.
Enquiry and lead information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to correspond with you, and deleted on request.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing rohit@fractional-cro.in. I comply with applicable data protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, where applicable, the GDPR for visitors from the EU/EEA.
